Whalley’s Garden Nursery is based in the heart of Staining, a beautiful village nestling between Blackpool and Poulton. We are a 2nd generation family run business specialising in growing many varieties of bedding plants and shrubs in our own greenhouses.
Our plants are of the highest quality and we sell at very competitive prices. We give excellent value for money and you will not want to go anywhere else after visiting us.
The nursery was originally founded in 1972 by Bob Whalley and was taken over by his son David when he retired . David now continues to uphold his fathers legacy . Bob has over 70 years of experience in the horticulture business, and is still on hand to offer expert advice, Whalley’s garden nursery Provide all the plants for Staining Village who have won a Gold Award for Northwest in Bloom on many occasions . We are extremely proud of Our reputation. We are currently expanding our business and continue to stock new ranges all the time.
Our Bedding plants are grown on site in our specially adapted heated greenhouse, from seeds or Cuttings. We are currently redeveloping our nursery and expanding our growing facilities so we can continue to offer a wider range of product, as we expand our business. We aim to be at the forefront of locally sourced and locally grown products
